It is with great pleasure that the boards of Quay Partners (UK) Limited and Cavidomo Limited announce the acquisition of Quay Partners Investments (UK) LLP (QPI) which will change its name to Vittoria & Partners LLP and will continue to provide regulatory hosting services in the UK.
Vittoria and Partners have been the team behind the QPI hosting business since 26th May 2022 when QPI announced that “Joe Vittoria and Sarah Donnelly will be joining QPI, a market leading investment management platform-as-a-service and that this partnership is structured to ensure long-term client relationships are maintained and strengthened”.
V&P and Quay Partners will continue to offer a packaged service of Middle and Back Office outsourced trader and regulatory hosting, The highly experienced Quay team will continue to offer best-in-class MBO services whilst the V&P team will look after the regulatory hosting obligations. Zoe Condon will remain the Head of Sales of Quay Partners and the rest of the Quay Management team remains unchanged.
Vittoria & Partners LLP’s highly experienced team will offer standalone regulatory hosting for firms needing an AR MIFID AIFM. Sarah Donnelly will remain Head of Sae for V&P. The firm is, independent and staff-owned and it will continue to be singularly focused on customer service, utilizing best-in-class technology behind the scenes to ensure the highest level of governance and oversight. It will always be people-driven, and clients will always interact with a human being, not a system.
Commenting for Cavidomo, its CEO Joe Vittoria said, “We have had the opportunity to get to know Quay Partners over the past six months while working with them to operate their regulated hosting business.
